LegalTech Educational Simulation License & Disclaimer

This platform (the “Simulation Platform”) has been developed and deployed by Document.ge [Constra Partners LLC, ID 405462084, Address: Politkovskaya Str. 27/31] for academic and research training purposes only.

The Platform is designed as a didactic simulator illustrating the conceptual operation of blockchain networks, public/private key cryptography, digital signatures, hashing algorithms, and related technologies.

The Platform is not intended for production, commercial deployment, financial transactions, or any activity that may generate real-world economic, legal, or security consequences. Its primary purpose is to assist students and researchers in understanding the underlying principles of distributed ledger systems and cryptographic validation.

Users are expected to employ this Platform responsibly and in accordance with the principles of academic integrity and professional ethics.

Manipulation of outputs to misrepresent data, unauthorized extraction of source code, or presentation of simulated results as factual or production-grade blockchain evidence is strictly forbidden.

The Platform’s cryptographic demonstrations (e.g., hashing, block linking, token representation) are simulations only. They do not execute on a distributed ledger, nor do they create, transfer, or validate actual digital assets. Nothing within this Platform constitutes a financial service, a legal opinion, or a technological certification.

Use of this Simulation Platform is strictly limited to educational and non-commercial purposes. No portion of the code, user interface, design, or accompanying materials may be copied, reproduced, mirrored, or hosted elsewhere without the prior written consent of Document.ge.

This Simulation Platform and all associated content are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The computing and network resources (“CPU Resources”) allocated to this simulator are intentionally limited to preserve fair access for academic users. Automated load testing, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive concurrent usage that interferes with the availability or stability of the Platform are strictly prohibited. Misuse or abuse of system resources may cause damage or loss to Document.ge infrastructure, and offenders may be subject to suspension of access and legal liability for resulting damages.

This Simulation Platform incorporates (fully or partially) and modifies open-source code originally developed by under the MIT License (2016). The creators of Document.ge gratefully acknowledge the educational contributions including but not limited to Dr. Gavin Wood, Vitalik Buterin, Don Tapscott, , Prof. Primavera De Filippi, Anders Brownworth [original code developer under MIT2016] and other early blockchain educators and researchers, whose individual and collective work has advanced public understanding of blockchain technologies.

All original visual designs, layout structures, explanatory texts, and supplementary educational materials incorporated into the Platform are subject to copyright protection.

Permission to reuse, translate, adapt, or redistribute any such elements must be obtained in writing from Document.ge prior to publication or deployment.
